Skoda Superb Sedan as plug-in hybrid now available from 50,950 euros
Skoda is introducing a plug-in hybrid as another engine alternative for its hatchback. Until now, this was only available for the station wagon variant.
The Skoda Superb iV will also be available as a sedan in the future. Previously, the plug-in hybrid was only available for the station wagon, but now the Czech manufacturer is also supplying the mixed drive for the sedan.
Skoda Superb Sedan now also with plug-in hybrid
Until now, the Skoda Superb iV was only available as a station wagon, but from now on the sedan can also be ordered as a plug-in hybrid. As you get from the station wagon, this is also a 1.5-liter TSI with 204 hp and DSG automatic transmission and a 25.7 kWh battery. This should enable an electric range of more than 120 km according to WLTP. With a maximum charging power of 50 kW, charging from 10 to 80% should take place within 26 minutes.
Production of the Superb iV will start in the second quarter of 2025, with the list price of the plug-in hybrid starting at 50,950 euros for the Selection equipment line. The higher-class L&K variant is available from 57,260 euros, while the Sportline is the most expensive variant with a base price of 57,750 euros.
